LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the City of London, Ohio ("Owner") until 3:00 PM, local time, on December 17, 2014, at the City Council Chambers located at 6 East Second Street, London, OH 43140, for all labor, material, and services necessary for the construction of Elevated Storage Tank Project (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by CH2M HILL ("Design Professional"). Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The Engineers Estimated Construction Cost for this project is $3,065,868. This is a prevailing wage project.
